Terms of Service

- Some commissions may take longer than a week, while I try to get it done ASAP, that doesn't always work out
- I accept in dollars only
- I use paypal, cashapp, and venmo, but you may talk to me about other forms of payment
- If you don't show publicly that you have taken commissions beforehand or are an artist yourself, I expect 50/50 payment or full upfront
- No refunds after more than 50% of the commission is completed
- You can do whatever you want with the artwork once it is finished, as long as it has my tag (unless we discuss otherwise)
- My art cannot be used for NFT's or AI generation
- My commissions typically take from 2 to 14 days
- I must send you updates consistently and get feedback of some sorts
- You can ask for updates as often as needed
